Making an appointment

If you ask us for an appointment we’ll try to offer you one as soon as possible at a convenient time.
You can make an appointment by phoning 01992 641414 or by visiting the practice in person.

On a first appointment we will require information such as your doctor’s details, current medications etc.

You can express a preference about which dentist you will see. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the request is met, but this may not always be possible.

We are situated in a purpose built medical premises opposite Stockwell Lodge Medical Centre. There is free car parking available in the adjacent car park as well as plenty of off street parking in the vicinity.

We would strongly encourage our patients to attend regularly in order to achieve or maintain good oral health. We will undertake a dental care assessment during your first appointment in order to ascertain and agree your treatment needs. Your dentist will suggest an appropriate recall interval using the NICE guidelines.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give the appointment to one of our urgent cases in waiting. Missed appointments waste clinical time and resources. If you fail to attend or cancel at short notice an appointment three times within a two year period, we will be unable to offer further NHS treatment. For private appointments, you may lose your deposit.
